These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Nest & Nourish mobile application ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
License
Nest & Nourish is a paid app. When you purchase the app through the App Store or Google Play, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on your own devices, subject to the terms of the app store you purchased it from and these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app.
Your account and data
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You can use the app entirely without an account; an account is only required if you want to sync your data across devices or share a household.
Household sharing
If you create or join a shared household, you're responsible for the invitations you send and the people you invite. Anyone you invite to your household will be able to view and edit the shared pantry and shopping list. You're responsible for removing members who should no longer have access.
Acceptable use
Use the app for its intended purpose: tracking your own household's pantry and shopping. Don't use it to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
No warranty
Nest & Nourish is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Expiration dates, nutrition facts, and other product information (including data sourced from Open Food Facts) are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or inaccurate — always use your own judgment about whether food is safe to eat. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss or spoilage of food, or reliance on information within the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
